BetterWeld Group Ltd is a privately owned training provider specialising in engineering, specifically welding and fabrication. We offer a range of services including training, consultancy and the supply of welding equipment/consumables.

Our Process
BetterWeld wants to bring together the local community, local businesses and the wider welding and fabrication industry under one roof, providing a one stop shop for your recruitment and training needs.
Being led by industry at every step, BetterWeld has devised a programme of training courses that enable businesses of all sizes to benefit, taking the leg work out of the recruitment and training process. We utilise government funding to train new entrants into the industry to a ready to work level and then make them available to industry free of charge! From there, successful candidates continue their training on our Level 3 Plate Welder +, taking their welding to the next level.
Our process is simple:
- Local candidates, trained and ready for work.
- We assess your recruitment and training needs and set up interviews.
- Successful candidates continue their training on our day release apprenticeship.
