The ER 80S-B2 TIG wire is a high-performance, copper-coated low-alloy welding consumable designed for TIG (GTAW) welding of creep-resisting steels — particularly those containing ~1.25% chromium and ~0.5% molybdenum. This makes it ideal for high-temperature applications such as power generation, petrochemical plant components, boilers, heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
Manufactured with high-quality raw materials for consistent reliability and performance, this filler wire produces strong welds with good ductility, toughness and thermal resistance. Length 1000 mm for all sizes.
