The Weld Star Alloy 200 (ERNi-1) TIG Wire is a high-nickel welding consumable designed for TIG (GTAW) welding of commercially pure nickel alloys such as Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 as well as joining these materials to stainless or carbon steels. ERNi-1 TIG wire contains sufficient titanium to control weld-metal porosity and deliver a stable arc with excellent bead quality, making it suitable for high-integrity welds where corrosion resistance and mechanical performance are critical.
Typical applications include chemical processing equipment, marine and offshore engineering, food processing systems, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and other environments requiring durable, high-nickel welds
