The Alloy 59 (ERNiCrMo-13) TIG wire is a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy filler designed for TIG (GTAW) welding applications involving aggressive corrosion environments. With extra low carbon and silicon content, this wire offers excellent wet corrosion resistance for demanding conditions — performing even better in oxidising media than some alternatives due to its high molybdenum content.
This versatile filler is ideal for welding high-alloy nickel base metals such as Alloy 22, Alloy 625, Alloy 276 and Alloy 686, and is used in chemical processing, corrosion-resistant overlays, flue gas desulphurisation, papermaking digesters, scrubbers, and severe offshore and petrochemical industries.
