ArcTrode E6013 RC electrodes are versatile, rutile-cellulosic coated stick welding rods designed for welding mild and low-alloy steels. They deliver a stable, easy-striking arc with minimal spatter and produce smooth, well-formed weld beads. Their all-position capability (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead) makes them a reliable choice for fabrication, maintenance, repair and general workshop welding work.

Ideal for jobs ranging from light fabrication to structural repairs — the 5 kg pack ensures you have enough rods for multiple projects, offering cost-effective and consistent performance.

Key Features

Rutile-Cellulosic Coating – Easy Arc & Low Spatter
The flux coating ensures a smooth, stable arc and reduces spatter, making cleaning up easier and improving weld appearance.

All-Position Welding (Flat, Horizontal, Vertical, Overhead)
Suitable for all standard welding positions, giving flexibility for a wide range of jobs and joint configurations.

Wide Base-Material Compatibility – Mild & Low-Alloy Steels
Works well on common steels (e.g. S235, S355, and similar low-alloy grades), making it a general-purpose electrode for structural fabrication, maintenance and repair work.

Good Mechanical Properties
Offers reliable weld strength and ductility: typical weld-metal tensile strength ~ 535 MPa, yield ~ 445 MPa, elongation ~ 24%.

Suitable for Low-Voltage Transformers
Can be used even with low open-circuit voltage machines (min OCV ~ 42 V), making it compatible with a wide range of welding equipment. Wilkinson Star 247

Large 5 kg Pack – Great for Workshops and Production
Bulk pack size means fewer frequent re-orders — ideal for workshops or regular welding tasks where electrode usage is high.
