The PT-100 Back Striking Cutting Tip series is the definitive consumable line for high capacity PT-100 and iPT-100 plasma torches. Engineered for industrial performance, these tips utilise Back Striking (Blow Back) technology. This internal starting mechanism eliminates the need for high frequency (HF) interference, making these tips the safest and most reliable choice for CNC plasma tables and workshops with sensitive electronic equipment.

Whether you are performing precision work on thin sheet metal or heavy duty parting on thick structural plate, this series offers a specific orifice size for every amperage setting. From the surgical 1.0mm (40-50A) tip to the massive 1.6mm (120A) heavy plate specialist, each tip is precision machined from high conductivity copper to ensure maximum thermal endurance and a perfectly centred, stable plasma arc.

Sold in packs of 10 - great for everyday use or stocking.

Key Features

Full Amperage Range: Optimised sizes available for every power level from 40A to 120A.

Back Striking Technology: Reliable, non-HF arc starts, ideal for protecting CNC controllers and nearby electronics.

Precision Orifice Engineering: Maintains a concentrated plasma jet for narrow kerf widths and squarer edges.

Industrial Copper Construction: High grade materials dissipate heat rapidly to prevent orifice deformation and extend tip life.

CNC & Manual Versatility: Direct fit consumables for both handheld and automated PT-100 torch configurations.

Clean Edge Finish: Designed to minimise dross and the heat affected zone (HAZ) across all material thicknesses.
