The 1.0mm Cutting Tip is a heavy duty plasma consumable designed for the Trafimet A60, A80, A81, and P80 torch series. While these torches are often used for high amperage structural parting, this 1.0mm orifice is specifically optimised for 50 Amp settings. This allows fabricators to achieve a much narrower kerf and a more refined edge finish on medium thickness materials that don't require the brute force of a 100A arc.

Constructed as a direct fit Trafimet compatible part, these tips are precision machined from high density copper. This ensures the thermal conductivity needed to maintain arc stability and prevent the orifice from "blowing out" during long production runs. Whether you are using a manual A81 torch or an automated P80 CNC setup, this tip provides the surgical precision required for detailed fabrication on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
