These tips are engineered to provide maximum versatility for the CutMaster series (52 through 152). By offering a tiered amperage range, this series allows operators to match their consumable precisely to the material thickness, ensuring the narrowest kerf and the longest possible tip life.
Available in three heavy duty power levels:
- 50/55 Amp: The "all rounder" for general fabrication and 1/2" (12mm) plate.
- 80 Amp: High speed production for 3/4" (20mm) structural steel.
- 90/100 Amp: Maximum industrial output for heavy severance up to 1-1/2" (38mm) on the CutMaster 102 and 152.
Precision machined from premium high conductivity copper, each tip is bored to a specific diameter to maintain arc constriction at its rated amperage. This ensures a stable, high velocity plasma jet that minimises dross and provides a square, weld ready edge.
