The 13mm Electrode Cap Series is engineered for high volume automotive collision repair and precision industrial spot welding. Designed with a standard 8mm Internal Diameter (ID) and a 18mm overall length, these caps are the primary wear part for high performance inverter welding guns.

We offer two specialised tip geometries to ensure optimal weld nugget formation:

Round Tip (Domed) Cap: The universal choice for thin to medium gauge steels (0.5mm - 3.0mm). The rounded face allows for self alignment on uneven surfaces and provides uniform pressure distribution, which reduces deep indentation and results in a cleaner cosmetic finish on car bodies.

Conic Tip (Truncated) Cap: Engineered for maximum current density. The tapered "Conic" design focuses the electrical energy into a smaller area, making it ideal for welding high resistance materials like Stainless Steel or thicker plate stacks where deep penetration is required to break through surface oxidation.
