The Cebora P150/CP160 Gouging Tip is a high capacity industrial consumable built for extreme metal removal. Specifically engineered for the Plasma Prof 150 and CP160 torch platforms, this 3.0mm orifice tip is designed to handle a continuous 150 Amp output, the industry standard for heavy duty structural and marine repair.
Unlike standard cutting tips that focus energy into a narrow point, the 3.0mm gouging nozzle creates a massive, broad plasma "flame." This allows the operator to "wash" away molten steel in wide, shallow grooves. It is the perfect tool for back gouging heavy root passes on 1 inch (25mm) plus plate, or for rapidly removing structural weldments without compromising the base material.
