The Weld Star Monel 400 NiCu7 TIG Wire is a nickel-copper alloy filler designed for TIG (GTAW) welding of Monel alloys 400 and 404. It provides excellent bead appearance and exceptional corrosion resistance in saline and other highly corrosive environments, making it ideal for demanding marine and offshore applications.
Widely used in heat exchangers, pipelines, desalination plants, chemical and petrochemical industries, energy engineering, and other heavy-duty fabrication projects, this wire is also suitable for weld overlay applications. Manufactured from virgin raw materials, it ensures consistent composition, reliable performance, and high-quality weld results.
