The .166" N2 Nozzle is a specialised, high performance consumable engineered for industrial plasma systems, including the Hypertherm HT4001, HT4000, and PAC600 platforms. Designed specifically for use with Nitrogen (N2) plasma gas, this nozzle provides the constricted arc stability required for thick plate cutting and high quality edge finishes on stainless steel and mild steel.

The .166" (4.21mm) orifice is precision calibrated for high amperage industrial applications, ensuring a clean, focused jet that minimises dross and bevel angle. Nitrogen plasma gas is the industry preferred choice for stainless steel, as it prevents the oxidation and discolouration often caused by shop air cutting.
