This welding-gas flowmeter is an essential addition for any MIG or TIG setup, giving you precise control of shielding-gas flow. It’s designed to sit between your gas regulator and hose and lets you adjust flow to match the requirements of your specific welding task - from fine TIG sheet welding to heavier MIG jobs, depending on the flow-rate variant you choose.
Here at BetterWeld, we offer this premium flowmeter in multiple flow-rate versions from 0–14 LPM, 0.25 LPM and 0.4 LPM - so you can select the right one for your welding style, shielding gas and material thickness.
Key Features
Multiple Flow-Rate Variants: Available in 0–14 LPM for standard MIG/TIG work, and 0.25 LPM or 0.4 LPM for fine-control or low-gas-flow tasks — giving flexibility across different welding jobs.
Clear Graduated Flow Tube: Easy-to-read flow indication lets you dial in the optimal shielding-gas flow, improving weld quality and avoiding contamination from air ingress.
Fine Adjustment Valve: Needle-valve style control provides smooth, precise tuning of gas flow — useful when switching between different welding processes, materials, or gas types.
Standard 3/8" BSP Fittings: Compatible with most regulators and hose setups — simple to install without special adapters.
Suitable for MIG, TIG and Mixed-Gas Welding: Works with typical shielding gases (argon, argon/CO₂ mixes, etc.), making it versatile for steel, stainless, aluminium and other metal work.
Gas Savings & Workflow Efficiency: By using a flowmeter instead of relying on regulator-gauge pressure alone, you get better shielding-gas economy and more consistent coverage — saving gas and improving weld repeatability.
