The Tapered Contact Tip (0.6mm) is a specialised consumable designed for the Tregaskiss Tough Gun series (T150 through T500). Unlike standard cylindrical tips, this version features a slim, tapered profile at the business end. This design provides the welder with a significantly clearer line of sight and the ability to reach deep into narrow grooves and tight angles where a standard tip would cause the nozzle to bottom out.
Optimised for 0.6mm (0.023") wire, this tip is the ideal solution for precision sheet metal work and automotive restoration. Despite its slim profile, it is manufactured from high conductivity copper to ensure it handles the electrical load of industrial T-series torches without overheating.
