The Heavy Duty (HD) Tapered Contact Tip is the professional choice for high output welding in confined spaces. Designed specifically for the Tregaskiss T300, T400, and T500 series, these tips solve the classic trade off between "slim access" and "heat resistance." By using a thicker walled copper body than standard tapered tips, the HD series absorbs significantly more radiant heat, preventing the orifice from softening and "keyholing" during long industrial runs.

Available in a full range of high deposition sizes:

- 0.8mm & 0.9mm: Precision for thinner sections in complex assemblies.

- 1.0mm & 1.2mm: The industrial standard for mid to heavy structural fillets.

- 1.6mm (1/16"): Extreme duty for heavy plate fabrication where reach is critical.
