The A90 Torch Head is a robust, high performance replacement component engineered for industrial plasma cutting systems. Designed to be fully compatible with Trafimet® Ergocut A90 series leads, this head is the ideal choice for workshops moving beyond standard 60A/80A cutting capacities.
Constructed with high grade brass internals and a reinforced, heat stabilised polymer outer shell, the A90 is built to withstand the rigors of heavy fabrication. It features an optimised internal gas flow geometry that produces a highly concentrated plasma arc, allowing for cleaner cuts, deeper penetration, and reduced dross on materials up to 30mm thick. The A90 head is specifically balanced for manual operation, offering the ergonomic feel required for long production shifts.
