The PT-80 Torch Head is an industrial grade replacement designed for high performance 80 amp plasma cutting systems. Built with a focus on "Non HF" (Non High Frequency) start technology, the PT-80 uses a physical "Back Striking" motion to ignite the pilot arc. This makes it the ideal choice for environments with sensitive electronics, CNC controllers, or computers nearby. With a high conductivity brass core and reinforced, heat stabilised polymer insulation, this torch head is built to withstand sustained high amperage cutting on materials up to 25mm - 30mm thickness.
