The UPH-125 Torch Head is the high performance replacement core for the UPH-125 series plasma torches. Specifically engineered to withstand the extreme thermal loads of 80A to 125A cutting, this head is the standard choice for the EVO CUT-80 and EVO CUT-100 industrial systems.
Constructed with a high mass brass internal body, the UPH-125 head is designed to dissipate heat rapidly during long production cycles. This ensures that the internal threads and seats remain true, even when piercing and cutting heavy plate steel up to 40mm. The head features optimised internal porting to stabilise the plasma "swirl," resulting in a highly concentrated arc that delivers cleaner cuts with significantly less dross. This is a "drop in" replacement part, allowing you to refresh your existing 6m or 12m lead set without the expense of a full torch assembly.
