The Weld Star A32 (ER 80S-G) is a specialised, copper coated low alloy MIG wire designed for welding creep resistant steels. Alloyed with 1.15% Chromium and 0.5% Molybdenum, this wire is engineered to provide high strength joints that withstand long term exposure to service temperatures up to 550°C.

Beyond its thermal stability, the A32 offers excellent resistance to chemical degradation, specifically against hydrogen and sulphur agent attacks, which are common in aggressive industrial environments. Part of the premium "Green Wire" range, it is produced from virgin raw materials to ensure consistent chemistry and X-ray quality results. Whether you are fabricating heat exchangers, high pressure pipes, or chemical process boilers, the A32 delivers the metallurgical reliability required for critical energy and petrochemical infrastructure.
