The Weld Star Alloy 625 (NiCrMo-3) is an elite grade nickel chromium molybdenum solid MIG wire, specifically engineered for welding and cladding high performance alloys. This wire is "special drawn" to ensure a cleaner surface finish, resulting in high purity welds with a bright seam and exceptional ductility.

With its robust chemical composition, featuring up to 10% Molybdenum and 4% Niobium Alloy 625 provides an impenetrable defence against severe corrosive environments, including pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. It is highly versatile, maintaining excellent mechanical properties from cryogenic temperatures up to 540°C. Precision layer wound on 15kg BS300 spools, it is the industry standard for critical components in marine engineering, nuclear reactors, and pollution control equipment.
