Weld Star Dual Core 308L-T0 Wire [15kg Spool]

The Weld Star Dual Core 308L-T0 is a premium flux cored wire specifically formulated for the high efficiency welding of austenitic stainless steels like 304 and 304L. Unlike all positional wires, the "T0" designation signifies that this wire is optimised for flat and horizontal vertical positions, where it delivers a broader, more fluid weld pool and superior deposition rates.

This wire produces a stable, spray like arc with very low spatter. The slag is specifically engineered to be self detaching, leaving behind a bright, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing weld bead that significantly reduces post weld labour. With a Low Carbon (L) content, it provides excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, making it the ideal choice for heavy gauge stainless fabrication in the food, beverage, and chemical industries.
