The Weld Star Dual Core 316L-T0 is a premium rutile flux cored wire (FCAW) engineered for the high efficiency welding of Molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels. Alloyed with 19% Chromium, 12% Nickel, and 3% Molybdenum, this wire provides the superior corrosion and "pitting" resistance required for hardware exposed to marine environments, chlorides, and acidic media.
Optimised for flat (PA) and horizontal-vertical (PB) positions, the "T0" classification delivers a fluid, easily controlled weld pool with automatic slag release. This results in bright, clean, X-ray quality beads that require minimal post weld finishing.
