The Weld Star ER 120S-G is a low alloy, copper coated solid MIG wire specifically engineered for welding ultra high tensile strength, fine grained steels. Alloyed with Nickel, Chromium, and Molybdenum (NiCrMo), this wire is the professional choice for projects involving high-yield base materials like Strenx 960 and Weldox 900/960.

Designed for performance where standard wires fail, it achieves a yield strength of 960 MPa while maintaining exceptional plasticity and high impact toughness at low temperatures (down to -40°C).
