Because it contains higher levels of Chromium (23%) and Nickel (12%) than standard 308L or 316L wires, it is perfectly suited for joining stainless steel to mild or low alloy steels. This enriched composition ensures the resulting weld maintains its corrosion resistance and structural integrity, even when diluted by the carbon steel base metal.

Featuring a Low Carbon (L) content, this wire significantly reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion. Additionally, the High Silicon (Si) content enhances weld pool fluidity, delivering an exceptionally smooth deposit and a clean aesthetic finish.
