The Weld Star / Jasic Torch Cooling Fluid is a professional grade, all weather coolant engineered specifically for liquid cooled welding and cutting systems. Unlike standard automotive coolants, this fluid is formulated for high frequency (HF) current, ensuring that it does not interfere with arc ignition or electrical stability. Its low conductivity properties are essential for reducing electrolytic corrosion on internal metal parts, significantly extending the lifespan of your torch heads, pumps, and radiators. With a massive temperature range of -25°C to +130°C, it provides reliable freeze protection in winter and prevents boiling during high amperage, continuous production in summer.
