Level 2 Performing Manufacturing Operations
Attendance
The course is delivered over a 6 week period where attendance is for 28 hours per week. The working day is 0900-1600 for 4 days a week.
Training Programme Details
During your programme you will be trained by industry experts and will study a Level 2 Diploma in Performing Manufacturing Operations and will be trained in MAGS welding techniques and assessed on a manufactured product/project. Your qualification is nationally recognised and accredited by EAL Ltd and consists of 6 units.

1. Complying with regulations and organisational health and safety requirements.
2. Promoting effective working relationships.
3.Transferring materials.
4.Preparing for manufacturing operations.
5. Concluding manufacturing operations.
6.Joining Materials (MAGS Welding).
Eligibility
The course fully funded by the government for unemployed people who are aged 19 and over and are in receipt of benefits.

Employment Opportunities Post Course
Historically 52% of Gary's trainees upon successful completion of this programme go into employment in the fab/weld industry. We start to assess your capability, work ethic and employability from your first day within the programme through to the end of the programme. We will also support you in the process of getting back to work.
